Fundraising Ideas
There's many ways to get everyone involved in Footy Colours Day, the only limitation is your imagination!
General ideas
- Set Team Challenges between departments, states, branches, stores or classrooms. Set fundraising targets: $1,000 provides a young person with access to a laptop for 1 year; $5,000 provides am individual learning program for 1 year.
- Host a Friday get-together such as a morning tea or lunch in the board room.
- Spread The Word. Send an email to all clients, suppliers and employees to wear their footy colours and make a donation to support young Australians living with cancer.
- Host a footy-inspired breakfast for your colleagues
- Hold a "promise" auction, eg - "I promise to do you photocopying for 1 week for a $10 donation"
- Chicken and champagne luncheon
- Wine and cheese tasting afternoon
- Pie lunch
- Host a sausage sizzle at lunch time
