There are no real terms and conditions applicable to the Footy Colours Day fundraising event other than the requirement that you:

Pre-register your planned participation on this website
Have as much fun as possible wearing your favourite footy gear all day, on your chosen Footy Colours Day, while raising funds for a great cause
Forward any funds that you and your company have raised promptly after Footy Colours Day. Thank you.

Copyright and Trademarked Event

Fight Cancer Foundation ABN 93 097 333 018 is the owner of the trademark “Footy Colours Day” and you are not permitted to use it and/or adapt it in any way without the Foundation’s written consent.

The Footy Colours Day concept was created by the Foundation over 18 years ago, and is used by it to help raise funds nationally, to support children being treated for cancer. In order to protect the Foundation’s fundraising activities, it will take legal action against anyone who represents that they have any affiliation with, or sponsorship, or approval from the Foundation when they do not.

We encourage the correct use of our trademark and the Footy Colours Day concept for the purpose of promoting the “Footy Colours Day” events in accordance with our guidelines.
